Problem with Steam Subscription [ Edited ]

I have a problem with steam subscription.

I buy a 30 days subscription on steam and the game cant recognize my subscription.

How and where i can fix it?

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

When i checked they couldnt see an email per the steam sticky , so when you call to fix the account have the screenshots handy and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone
