I decide return play Star wars the old Republic, I used this referral link for get the 7 days sub from this link email I am using  apparently it work because i saw green color letters then when Iog again, isn'tworking. I provide the link please if possible fix it thanks.

Support are unsure why it didnt work 

they noted your last subscription was back in 2017 and you have used a referral link 5 times since, maybe it broke and you need to subscribe again.
