Like many I do not recieve any one-time passwords. However the only remedy that appears on this forum is to call the support number. For reasons, I'm unable to make an international call.
Is there no other remedy?
I find the excuse of 'account verification' to be paper thin as I don't need to verify my account, I just need an automated email to actually work.
Has anyone gotten an explanation for why this happens? Is my account locked?
I was getting emails fine a year ago.
Any response is appreciated.

Calling is the only option if you need to update the email to receive OTP emails, i presume they are not in the spam folder etc
if you cant call , only recourse is to create a new account with an email that does receive the OTP emails

This what confuses me. Why would my current email be fine for the last 9 years, then suddenly break? I see no reason to update my email address.
Creating a new account is not an option as I brought the game when it came out and I don't want to lose that...
It sounds like I've lost a game I payed for because something is broken with swtor's automated emails?
