Old CE security key doesn't work

I cannot login or renew my account due to being stuck by CE security key (keychain like item). I think I read these old securtiy key things do not work anymore, and I cannot login at all because it still wants a security code to do so.  Any help?

Oh, also I was trying to reset my pw, hence why I cannot log in
