Not receiving One-Time Password!

The computer that had my security key had power supply failure. I cant access swtor. I tried to get the One-Time Password but its not being sent to my email. Ive tried several times. Please help.

I just noticed that i received badge emails from this site. Why wouldnt i receive the One-Time Password to the same email
