Not getting what I’m paying for

I paid for a 3 month subscription, was billed $43.99 on Feb 5, 2021 but log on and see “I’ve been moved back down to preferred”.

okay, I want to play and continue so I’ll get the one month and figure out my 3 month subscription in the meantime. Spend an extra $15.99 + getting the email confirming that and I still don’t have the subscription. 

I don’t care if it “may take a day” I paid for 60 days, not 59.

Somebody. Fix. It.

Ok the account issue is sorted , you have a 90 day subscription running, that will now change to 30 day subscription when the current sub ends.

if you want it to renew back at 90 day sub just change it back to 90 day sub, you haven't been charged for the 30 day sub yet , that occurs when the existing game time ends
