Good day.
On January 7, I purchased a subscription, but today I discovered that the subscription was gone. I played quietly until January 14 with a subscription, and this morning, it went somewhere. Also today I tried to renew the subscription, but instead, the system took money from the card in the amount of 60 rubles and wrote that there was not enough money. My login is SerzhMaxim.

Support have asked if you can call them for the reason
edit - support said they can give you a reason by an email to support@swtor.com but if you want insist you paid money it needs to be by phone
the 60 rubles is a merchant verification , that refunds back on its own after a period of time
