I paid for 1000 cartel coins on 1st November. I checked my bank account and I got charged for 1000 cartel coins on 3rd November (yesterday). Yet I do not see 1000 coins arriving in my SWTOR account.

You are best submitting an in-game ticket, sending an email to support@swtor.com or give CS a call on the phone.

@proxos666 thank you! I shall contact customer support tomorrow! But one question regarding the customer support number.
This is my country's phone number from this page, https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support, 00X [removed by CM].
The page says "Where there is an X below, please replace it with the number appropriate to your provider and your country."
I'm not too sure what they mean?

That number is to the UK so in essence its +44 [removed by CM]
with the x each country has an exit code example Australia ours is 0011 so for us x = 11
we dial 0011 44 [removed by CM] luckily our phone plans usually have free international calls to the UK now, but for those that dont , skype/voip is an option

One thing to note too is the available hours for the UK (Phone support available from 15.00 GMT - 00.00 GMT)
I figure the lines open in 4 1/2 hours

I've tried contacting at 11pm (gmt 8+), which converted to gmt is 3pm. Yet the other end has an automated response saying to call them on the next working day :/
