Login service currently unavailable?

Me, too. Not to mention the server status pages don't reflect the outage or an ETA and the hold time for the customer "service" toll call is 45 minutes.

45 minutes...of course.  It is damn near impossible to get a hold of a live person.  This kind of issue really irritates me.
