Logged in to find Character Midway through Ziost Quest [ Edited ]

Unable to restart the quest..  Haven't heard of anyone else with this error,   My other characters can start Ziost fine.    Also did not receive my prerelease rewards.  I deleted the Quest in Ziost, because I couldnt reach the location the Quest line had me at.    Main Quest Line never respawned on my ship.
