Locked out of Account

I played for a while at the beginning of the pandemic, then slowly stopped as things returned to a small state of normalcy.

While I was playing, I registered my phone with the SWTOR Security Key app.

Since then, I got a new phone, and forgot to switch over the security key app. The security key app is asking for a "serial number," which I don't have because I don't have a physical copy of the game, and I can't log into the website without the security key access- catch-22.

I know my username and password, but the website and the game client on Steam ask me to provide a security key no matter what.

What can I do to get access to my account?

You're the man/woman Proxos, thanks very much for the solve. Not sure why I didn't figure this out but appreciate the help.

This no longer works. I tried the guide in the link and it does not give you the option to remove the key. I have an old physical key from the collectors edition that went out of sync and I can no longer access my account because there is no option to remove the key.

if you do not get the link to remove then you will need to call swtor support to remove the key
