Launcher Problems [ Edited ]

Hey,
I installed the Launcher 2 days ago and when I'll start the launcher to launch the game it needs 15min to check on data 'till I can start the game! Is this a common problem or is there any fix?
Google gives me no answers on this subject.

Try the steps at this link

If that doesn't help the only certain way I know to stop it, is to switch patching methods per this link  whilst this is a new game download the re-organise issue will be gone.
