Not sure either, but I did get a little progress. I have never seen this before, since I am a monthly subscriber and did not purchase the game on online.
Click that link that says lost your security key , this tells me the username and password are correct

that link should detach the security key , from there re-attach it again and see if it behaves , just be sure to be using the app released from Jun 15
