LATE monthly CC?

Ive been waiting for my monthly cc for days now and it has not been delivered in time. i have 3 months subbed and it has only pulled through on my first month 2nd month is still yet to be delivered.

can take up to 72 hrs from expected date , if doesnt turn up after 72 hrs submit a ingame ticket
