Jakarro dont spawn in companion list and I must run Onderon alone

I found this topic in forum but its dont help me 

I'm stuck around the boss in Castle and cant finish it alone and cant summon any new companion ALSO I dont have now any kotfe chapters active and reset Onderon ques so many times and run to boss solo but just cant do it alone, its horrible

I restarted the Fallen Empire quest before castle line but it didnt helped me im doomed to progress Onderon solo without companion i guess

How fix it?!

Ok if nothing is open then you will need to wait for a patch.

Do you have shroud of memory open as well ?, this will also prevent jakarro appearing
