In Game Survey Terminal

★★★ Guide

Since the game tracks all kind of metrics, why not attach survey terminals to new content or content you may feel unsure about or you think is controversial?

Have it be a little clickable in an area relevant to the content but one that blends in for the people who worry about story immersion. Use 3 to 5 questions at most that invite people to rate their experience then invite them to leave detailed feedback on the main forum or this one. I'd also suggest making a sticky for the thread announcing that this forum now exists for Preferred and Free to Play.

Since most people don't visit all of the various related sites for the game, being able to get that feedback from the people actually in the game would be helpful. But I stress that the survey needs to be quick to finish, no more than 2 or 3 mins to complete.

They should add a rating system at the Client where you launch the game:

"Enjoying the new update?"

1: Yes its good.

2: Yes.

3: Its OK.

4: Its fine, but could be better.

5: No, not at all.

That way, people click on the poll before launching the game.

That might be good but they won't know what people aren't enjoying, and many people will not leave feedback on a forum. If there is a terminal near the content, they will at least know which specific thing to look into, if people use it.
