I tried subscribing to SWTOR but only received an error message. Now I have been billed for 60 days of subscription but my account is still labeled free to play. I didn't even receive any confirmation email about the purchase. What should I do?

I would give swtor CS (Link) a quick call , they will be able to look at the payment side and work out what occurred for you

There is a strong chance your issue is a payment issue or you actually subscribed to the wrong swtor account.
Calling is the only this is going to be resolved to the best of my knowledge, as an example I am in Australia and it costs me 3 cents a minute or $ 1.80 an hour to call the UK with Skype, (my phone plane includes free minutes to the UK though).
Does it really cost that much to call the UK , Germany or France from Finland ?
