Hello,
I try to connect to my account on the website, and it says : "login failed" (see picture attached)
Now, I don't have an automatic monthly subscription fortunately I pay month per month. But let's say I have a monthly subscription and I would like to cancel it, it would mean I can't access to my account, so I won't be able to cancel anything. Which make me think "is this website really secure if I can't access it when ever I want..."
Maybe it is a problem that happen since yesterday for everybody ?
Ps : Yes my account name is correct, Yes my password is correct, Yes I use a Security key. Actually I am able to connect on the game with the very same information so the problem doesn't come from my end.

Thank you for your answer @Ahrngrim, but I called the support and they said it is because my account has been suspended apparently it also lock the access to the website.
Hopefully they will answer fast enough to my appeal to allow me going back on it.
