Help about Steam purchase

Hello, Ive recently bought a swtor 30day subscription however both the swtor website and ingame say i am still preferred stats and have not purchased a subscription. I have been charged for the full price and it has been paid but i still am left with no subscription for 5 days. I contacted steam and was redirected to EA
