I bought a SWTOR code from origin and the code said it had already been used, ea support didn't help me. I have no way of contacting the star wars support as i am in New Zealand and there is only uk and us numbers on their help page. how tf do i get my money back or a new code?

What is the swtor username ?
email the code into support@swtor.com from the email on the swtor account
the origin 30 day code for example is the retail code and can only be applied to an account once
the origin 60 day code can be applied more then once usually every 6 months

support confirmed they have an email from you and is in the queue for an agent
before they can add the gametime the below needs to be sorted
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona sk3llyf1r3 (not lonelyf1r3 that your posting with now) that EA account uses a gmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
