EULA displays every time SWTOR is launched

Hi. So a few days ago I had trouble with the connection to the game's server, so I thought by verifying the game's files through Steam would fix it (I know, but I was desperate). So after it's done verifying, the launcher asks me to read the EULA again, I checked the boxes then start playing. But until this day, the launcher keeps displaying the EULA.

have you tried verifying again through steam , and ensured the antivirus etc is not blocking the write of the files so it needs to keep asking

@proxos666 No success there. I'll probably just gonna wait until the next patch, hopefully that'll fix my problem.
