E-mail with one time password never comes [ Edited ]

Hi, e-mail with one time password never comes. I tried many times. I checked spam folder on server and in my client too, e-mail is nowhere to be found. I'm using the same mail, no change there. Also i whitelisted address no-reply at bioware.swtor.com. Didn't help. What should i do to be able to log in?

at a week i would say its not a temp issue too , you are best to call cs and change the email to say one like gmail.com , that can be altered to googlemail.com yet are the same email for example

options are wait to see if it is a temporary issue and see if it works ok in a few days or ring swtor cs they can either log you in with a otp or chnage the email to one that can receive the OTP

also you could setup a security key say with winauth on that PC, if you dont have a suitable phone, that way you do not need to wait for an email any more.
