Companion Glitched into ground and is now bugged

So my companion is glitched into the ground and i cannot dismiss or summon her even with using the 'n'. Any suggestions?

Travel to your Stronghold, Check if the Companion behaves again, travel back.

If you cant resolve this , can you provide a screenshot, just want to be sure the companion isnt appearing as a pancake on the ground (this is a different issue).

Whenever I am in dialog and Mako talks. It zooms in on her but she is like underground or somewhere

Run a game repair in the first instance 

 

Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.
If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.
 
Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,
select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher
