I bought an Inventory module (Account) unlock for 390 cartel coins last night.
I claimed the item from the cartel market on the character that bought it and applied it to add the additional space for that character.
On my other characters: I checked the cartel market unclaimed items, checked the mail, checked the bag (to see if the slots are applied automatically). Nothing. None of them has the additional invetory space or unlock item.
I even tried creating a new character. Still nothing.
Since I'm preferred status, it looks like I can't even contact customer service. What are my options?
