Cant reset password

I put my username in and my old password with my physical security key (which i still have) and it doesn't work.  When i go to change my password it just says an error has occured.  How can i fix this?

providing the username and password is correct , if you leave the key blank and login it should have a link about have you lost your key.

if that doesn't work, easiest is to call swtor support so they can remove the security key so you can reset the password

have my physical key authentication, when i try resetting it just says an error occurred with me putting in my security key. tried without it and it says please include security key
