Cant login - Security key

So, Im a returning player. 

Can't login because i need a security key, which I dont have anymore. New phone etc.

Can't leave the space blanked either. 

Tried to press the "Lost your securtiy key" but got redirected here.

And CS is closed - so I really need to wait until the new week, to solve a login problem?

As mentioned if the lost your key link is not appearing as shown in the image you will need to call swtor CS to get the key removed manually

The removal steps per this Help Center article need to be done on the web browser if you press the lost your security key link in the launcher it gets redirected.

CS is also available 7 days a week however you need to call during the available hours listed in this link

The browser login doesnt work for me. Maybe your information is outdated? It doesnt give me the option to reset.

Details are correct, to confirm I tested and the link appears if i enter username and password and left the key blank.

I can say there are certain account conditions that the removal link will not be offered , in those cases a phone call is required.

Try a different web browser just to be sure it isnt a browser issue given your image shows writing left indented where as mine is centre indented ( i am using chrome)

Im also using Chrome, but I dont get that option.

And mine is left indented (??) - I have no idea how to proceed.

Im also getting a maintenence screen now.

EDIT: Okay, so something worked for me.

When I get the "maintenance" screen my url is:
hxxps://account.swtor.com/user/login?destination=home

If you delete a part to look like this:
hxxps://account.swtor.com/user/login

Then I get the login screen. But I still dont get the "Lost Security Key" option.

So I'm getting this error sporadically, but I have a security key, it's just not recognizing it as my key despite it being from the swtor app.  This is the second time it's happened, and the last time it just mysteriously cleared up with no action taken.  I posted a thread on the official forums, and in the time it took me to do that, it just started working again.  In the meantime, I am locked out of my account, since staying logged into the forums does not leave you access to your account, so I can't do anything with it, nor can I get into the game.
