Cannot subscribe

I bought a subscription from Steam along with cartel coins. Cartel coins got added immediately but subscription is still not activated even though i made the purchase couple hours ago. I then tried to check swtor.com if i could redeem some of the codes but the website gave and error saying, ''There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.'' I changed my EA accounts password and tried incognito/different browser but still the issue continues.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona player81mu0agf (not either of the EA accounts your posting with) that EA account uses a gmail email

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

@proxos666 I don't remember ever having an account with that name and don't remember which email i used. What happens then?

it is likley the gmail used to create the account if you are unsure give swtor support a call they should be able to disclose the email on that ea account after verifying you as the owner

edit - it is not the email on the swtor account now

@proxos666it is also possible that email account you mentioned mightve been deleted does that mean i lose full access to my ea account?

edit - i changed my email for the swtor account xRiffyx before the creation email's deletation

Call swtor support when the lines open they can also update the email on the ea account to one you do have access too

edit - when you call have the screenshots per the sticky ready and ask to upload to a ticket too
