Cannot Subscribe

I tried to purchase a 60 day subscription through the SWTOR website, but a message came up saying I could not subscribe:

"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."

Support said your account is ok , if you still get there error message on swtor.com try using incognito mode on chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies 

support can also see you are subscribed ok through steam
