Yesterday, I bought a 60-day subscription. I see through my bank account that the transfer was successful, I also received an invoice on the subscription page of swtor.com confirming my purchase. However, my account remains at prefered status, and I also never received any emails confirming my purchase nor any redemption code. My username is BDieterle.
