Can't reset password having old authentificator app

Hello

I used old authentificator app when I played this game (last google store update from 2012), and now I simply can't log in on my account.

Last time I've played SWTOR 6 years ago, account password was long forgotten, and now I can't reset my password because reset requires authentificator app, and app isn't working anymore. I still has old app data on my old phone but I can't set up new authentificator app with serial number from old app.

Is there any way to deactivate old authentificator to reset password and set a new one?

Hey there! I'm afraid that if you've lost your password and no longer have access to your authenticator app that you'll have to contact support to have the authenticator removed before you're able to reset your password.

Technically, I HAVE access to authentificator, but it seems no longer working.
