I played SWTOR 2-3 years ago, then I had a break. Now when I trying to login, launcher shows message:
There is a problem with your account. Please check your email for instructions.
I can login to my account at www.swtor.com, but when I do that, there is a message:
This account is not permitted to access the Star Wars ™: The Old Republic ™ servers.
An email notification has been sent to the email address associated with this account with more information about what this means and what steps may be taken to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any message at the address assigned to my account.
Can someone help me?
