There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona korhoney (not whdudwn80 your posting with) that EA account uses a naver.com email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Hi I have same problem

Ok 2 things
1. You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona jaszkari (not jaszkari76 your posting on) that EA account uses a freemail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
now once 1 is sorted
2. Your account has also been sent to studio for fixing another issue, they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now (after 1 is sorted) as a workaround, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

Thanks for the answer, but my freemail account already not exist. I can not use that. My EA account, steam account and origin account use same email, gmail email. Swtor account uses same e-mail. Ive bought recurring subscription from steam, but it is not working, i am still preferred, not sub. How can i be sub at this situation?

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open and update the email on the linked EA account

using the same email does not link accounts
Email from the swtor email per the steam sticky https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/...
however the game time cannot be added until that email is updated and the account made active again.

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
if you dont have access to that email anymore , call swtor support when the lines open , they can assist updating that email
