Can't Log in. No email being sent for recovery.

I'm finally giving up and posting this here after trying to deal with SW/EAs awful support sites

I log in with my account info, but the game's arbitrary security crap refuses to let me log into the game until I give it a temporary password sent to my email,

except I don't get an email. ever.

There is a troubleshooting guide here. There's also the obvious suggestions like checking spam folder, checking email address is correct.
