Bought game time through steam but didn't activate

ok not sure what was uploaded however the required infos are missing .

So they need the steam id and the purchase history and username must be visible . so if you can upload them via the same ticket and send them an email by replying to the previous email to let them know .

would recommend taking the screenshots from your pc using snip etc

@proxos666 Ok I uploaded that before but it was from my phone so I'll do it when I get home. I know the ticket says in progress instead of waiting on my action
