Bought 1-Month Subscription and it doesn't appear ingame

I bought an 1-Month Sub 1 hour ago and it didn't show up ingame, I've already received the confirmation e-mails and the site says i have 29 sub days left.

What is your swtor display name?  Was this a steam purchase or from swtor.com directly?

Can you double check your status.  There were some purchasing issues from earlier today.  Let me know if your still not a subscriber.

There were some purchase issues earlier today which have been resolved.  Can you check your account to see if it shows subscriber.

The "Add a Subscription Plan" button in my account settings is grayish, but when i see in the Subscription tab, it says "You have 29 days of subscription play time remaining."

I'm having the same issue where I bought a code for 60 days it worked and it said my account has a sub but when i hop into game it still says im a f2p still can you help I been waiting for so long to have this fix and so far nothing has happen.

your account is already flagged with swtor support , will be 7 - 8 hrs for a response , this is when they are online for the day
