Black screen SWTOR then crash

helo guys My game would not start I log in and all just fine ive tried repairing ive tried the firewalls i even tried the resolution trick and making sure my client_settings says

D3DFullScreen = false

Fullscreen = false
RefreshRate = 60

i still get a black screen after i press play I dont have bit raider installed the game was downloaded today i checked the file it didnt have bitraider folder please help kinda desperate here

are you in a position to use a different monitor ? or connect the monitor with a different connection method (strange as that sounds)
