Hello i recently came back to the game after being innactive for some time i used to be prefered status player so for all the characters i bought artefact equipment authorization and activated it. However for my supprise all the characters even tho they wear purple gear it says activated by subscribtion and i cannot use anything else can something be done to fix this ? I've also been a subscriber at some point however i could use those items long before i subscribed and i bought the authorization items ingame by using either cartel coins or credits back in the old days and the characters are orlder than when i subscribed ?
