An account very big problem

Hi, i have big problem with my account. My account is old like 5 years old and the problem is: in launcher i can log in and play, but i want to be subcriber and make 51 lvl on my character. But i cannot log in. The website says: A code is not associated with this account, because i have only 6 numbered code and it want 8 numbered. I want to log in, but i cannot. Can somebody help me, please?
