Account restricted from buying SWTOR coins and subscriptions

Need help! Recently I had a problem with my SWTOR account. I had a chargeback issue that caused it to block my account but as of May 3rd 2019 it was unblocked. Now with the chargeback issue fixed, I want to buy a subscription again, Every time i go to check out however it says my account is unable to have one. I talked to SWTOR support on the phone and they directed me to ea help but I have had no luck so far. Is there any way I can talk or call to someone to fix this problem? also i am not a subscriber so i cannot call their support number either. (although that might be obvious).

You can and most likely will have to Call Swtor CS, EA Help can't help with swtor billing problems.
