A Connection Error Has Occured

been playing good since the 20th..then just a few minutes ago after a long 30 minute wait in line to hop into Harbinger ( shouldnt have to wait that long as a sub but i understand there are other subs in the Q ahead of me too) i was doing a heroic..THEN in the middle of a fight i DCed from the server with the connection to the server has been lost error.

i then tried to log back in and it states "A Connection Error Has Occured". i know its not me. i checked and double checked my connection and it is fine. it must be on your end BW. also it doesnt even give me an error number so idk how to check for the problem.

It's not you.  The server is choking.  There's a thread on the regular forums about this.  People are getting dropped from the server and it's not letting them back in to queue.  Server might be down at this point even though the status page doesn't show it.  The server status page is usually slow to show when the server crashes.  If it's not down, it probably soon will be.
