Bought 90d subscription throught Steam and my acc not activate this.
Im back to the game and thinking play some time of my vaccation, so appreciated if it solved as fast than possible.
I already sent the email with all the information a few hours ago, without any response, not even automatic answer.

Sunday they are on reduced manning , if they haven't got to it on Sunday i would say it will be resolved on Monday

3h Im waiting any answer... you said you were already in line... well, it's been 3 hours. It's really frustrating to waste my weekend solving an issue as old as your Steam integration... do we have any updates on my status?

I can't understand how activating a subscription can take so long, I apologize but I've already wasted my entire weekend waiting for this. If that's the case, I'll ask for the chargeback and forget about this game.

could you give me some feedback on activating my subscription? Does support have a deadline?
I'm not from any of the countries that offer phone support, so far I've had no response via email. I feel totally cheated, like I'm being stolen.
Could you at least help me with some news? Thanks in advance man.

I know you're just trying to help and none of this is up to you @proxos666 , but unfortunately you're the only way to get in something of this support so I'm sorry for all the frustration of wasting my entire weekend without being able to play the content I'd like.
Finally, what I would like to know is if there is a deadline for this type of problem?
And if I will be harmed by the days I wasted waiting patiently for the resolution of a problem that I don't have any relationship... the conversation of the APIs of two companies to integrate your information.
