310 Error

I hope someone can help

I have the 310 error in my launcher after trying to re download the game. The game would get stuck trying to download when i first tried but i used all the fixes i could find to get it to start to download. It was downloading fine until i had got through most of the main asset 1 download and now i have the same problem. Can anyone be of assistance?

In the game folder is a log folder can you provide the most recent launcher log

At this point it is worth mentioning what antivirus you use and ISP/Region too as i have seen a few comments about 310 error recently

I am using Total AV, i have made exceptions for the game files on this. I am on Sky in the UK

I would if possible uninstall totalav, reboot the computer and see if it is the same to be more certain the AV isnt blocking.
obviously dont forget to re-install after testing

The download is stalling from more then one location in the log so suspect something local is blocking it

edit - just to confirm you have enough free hdd space too ?
