where to get the sweet showdown hairstyle?

hey, I've seen various sims around, that have the same hair as the lady sim from the sweet treat showdown.

does anyone know where or how to get this?

That hairstyle was a reward from the Halloween event last year.

yes here it is, with the red arrow. it's the same hair the older lady on the bake off has.
