sunbathe balcony

Sims can't sunbathe on apartment balconies. When I hover over the sunbathe interaction with lounge chairs it says "sims are unable to sunbathe indoors". But it's not indoors, it's even sunlight on the balcony in the middle of the day. This should be fixed.

Though the patio looks like an "outdoor space" it has a ceiling. In the game any space with a ceiling acts like it is indoors.
Not being able to sunbathe on the patio is "by design".
