steamboat in sims4

Hello everyone 

I have am playing the Sims 4 base game and have moved my sim into a house right by the riverside,And i noticed there is a steamboat passing along by the house on the river everyday -Can you get on it?

@EL670419 No it's just background decoration, just like the cars you see driving around. I wish we could get on it! :D
