standard events are unavailable

My problem is that i have one singular sim who is unable to do standard events. When i want to do a shift or a hangout it shows both the long and quick for that version but never shows the standard option.

@Fellowchillz7 Hi, please try leaving the sim idle and restart the app to see if there are completed events to claim (pink check marks).
