sims keep changing to nude

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? city living, go to work, and cats and dogs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? all of the sims around start going nude after a period of time.
What do you expect to see? My sims and other sims not going nude every five seconds.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I just dowloaded the game on my brand new pc. It was working perfectly yesterday when I played it for the first time, but I tried playing in on multiple occasions today and my sims kept insisting on going nude. I opened a shop and the other sims kept doing the same when they entered.

@iZeraxi--w Does it happen only on that lot or generally ?

There's a lot trait called 'Clothing Optional' that has that effect.
