sims 4 won't load

My sims 4 won't load. Whenever I click to launch it it just goes to a black screen then quits and says it's not responding. I have tried everything, I've reinstalled Origin, I've uninstalled and then reinstalled sims, i've turned off my firewall, i've turned my computer off and on again. I've contacted the EA on call and they say that my mac system should be able to run it and told me to just uninstall it again. This is the third time ive uninstalled it. Please help! Ive spent so much money on this game and i want to play it!

Try reinstalling your drivers or updating them, that may solve your issue =)
