sims 4 practice pick up lines is gone [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.52.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a sim be flirty and click on the mirror practice pick up lines should appear it does not
What happens when the bug occurs? practice pick up lines does not appear when sim is flirty
What do you expect to see? practice pick up lines to appear
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I think this bug appears after the last patch but I'm unsure it could have been the one before that

this is a new sims 4 file no mods and a new save sim was also very flirty when I tested sim is a  young adult

please fix this I always thought it was really  cute when they spray themselves with perfume

no my sim didn't have  charisma level 3 now he does and it works thank you @crinrict  happy halloween
