shift click cheat some options are missing sims 4 pc

Hey guys!

Since the snowy escape patch I have noticed that the shift click cheat on a sim is missing a few options I cant see the cheat sim info, illness system or promote options cheat. I have removed my mods and enabled testing cheats on and still no change, repairing the game has not worked either has these options been removed? please help or advice
